According to the current legislation, the consumer has the right to exchange a non-food product of good quality for a similar one from the seller.
The conditions for exchanging goods of good quality are similar to the conditions for returning.
+ shipping costs in both directions are paid by the client.
Return
In case of refusal of the goods, only the cost of the goods is returned, the costs of delivery (both ways) and assembly are paid by the client.
The consumer has the right to refuse the goods at any time before its transfer, and after the transfer of the goods - within 14 calendar days.
❗ ❗ ❗ The consumer has no right to refuse a good quality product that was made to order with individual properties.
Confirmation for custom-made products is an advance payment of at least 30% of the cost of such goods.
In case of refusal, the prepayment for an individual order is not refundable.
Conditions for returning goods of good quality:
(custom orders can't be return + prepayment is non-refundable)
✅ The presentation and consumer properties are preserved (no scratches, abrasions, etc.)
✅ The product was not assembled.
✅ Includes all accessories and instructions.
✅ The product is packed in a factory box.
✅ There is a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of this product.
