The warranty period is 12 months from the date of receipt of the goods by the buyer.

Upon receipt of the goods, before you sign the invoice, make sure the integrity of the goods.

Checklist upon receipt of goods:
You have received what you ordered.
It is necessary to check the marking on each box with the delivery note or invoice.
You have received undamaged products in their original packaging.
Make sure that there are no visible damages: cuts, stains, dents, cut marks.
Check the integrity of RICHMAN branded tape, copper staples and markings.
Did the product arrive damaged or incomplete?

NEVER refuse to accept a product without a Compound Statement/Claim.
Otherwise, the carrier simply states a refusal to receive and we will not be able to compensate you for damaged / incorrectly delivered products.

BE SURE TO DO:
ACT. Draw up an Act/Claim signed by the carrier (see below);

A PHOTO. Take a few photos / videos of problems identified with the product;
CALL. Immediately notify our manager about the problems found and do not sign any further
documents without his instructions.
